Are there any contracts?
No. None whatsoever. We don't like contracts and figured that our customers would be the same. When you signup for a DImension CRM account you are only required to pay for the current month.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dimension CRM account, there's no point us enforcing a 12 month contract.

Can someone help me set this up properly?
Yes. However, we've designed Dimension CRM to be a simple and easy to use system. Having said that, a CRM is only as good as the kind of data that's entered into it, which is why its quite important to set it up properly right from the get go.
However, there's a small charge for doing that because someone from our team will get in touch with you and provide assistance over phone, email or webcast.

Do I get any Training?
If you need training to use Dimension CRM then we've failed miserably. Our whole purpose and idea for software development is that it needs to be simple.
There are no special courses, no training sessions, no user manuals. All our support is completely online. There are hundreds of FAQs, Videos, Articles and other resources to help you going.
Having said that, if you get stuck with something, you are most welcome to contact our support team. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries witin 12 hours.

What if I want certain extra features
We are always open to suggestions for new features or something you might have a dire need in your business.
In such instances we make a judgment call in the sense that if the feature you request can be implemented as part of the overall application then we will do it at no cost to you - but we will do it according to our own time.
If the feature you request is fairly specific to your business and does not offer significant value to the wider application then we will customise your instance of Dimension CRM to meet that need in which case you will get a quote from us for the job.

Do I get a refund if I cancel half way through the month?
No. We have a no refunds policy. Our billing is done on a monthly basis in advance and any cancellations prior to the next billing date does not qualify for a refund.

Can I add additional users at a later date?
Yes of course. You can always signup fora lower number of users and then purchase additional licenses later on. However, each additional user will be charged at the rate of your current plan divided by the number of users you currently have. It's economical to purchase the larger plans.
