When you are choosing the right hosted CRM and you are smaller company, customer service from your new hosted CRM should be on your mind rather then if I save $5 or $10. In order to implement all those great things each hosted CRM can offer, you have to be sure they will assist you and help you along the way without breaking your bank as a hidden charge.
